Chorizo Sausage

So i’m always looking at trying new things for the board, i’m not content with buying our charcuterie, I love being able to say everything is made in house. Recently Tony got me the sausage stuffer attachment for my kitchen aid, this was a perfect time to try out making some chorizo. I love the smoky spiciness of chorizo. Again this is my first attempt so we’ll see how it turns out.




The batch we made was a little bigger than what we wanted, it made about 14, I was thinking it wad gonna be more like 5 or 6
